1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cd88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the cd88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered through the cd88 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the cd88 platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms, including any amendments made after your initial registration.

2 Eligibility

To use the cd88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You have not been self-excluded from cd88 or any affiliated platform and are not currently subject to any voluntary or compulsory exclusion order.

cd88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility criterion is not or is no longer satisfied.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of cd88 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number or email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active cd88 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cd88 will close duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses associated with them, and may permanently ban the user from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cd88 will never contact you requesting your password. Any wager, deposit, or withdrawal made from your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have reported a compromise to our support team prior to the activity in question.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. cd88 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile money provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.4 Funds and Wagering Requirements

Deposits made using bonus credits or funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. Real-money deposits that are not subject to any bonus condition may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial activity on cd88 is monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. cd88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal, request additional documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility and Claiming

Promotional bonuses offered by cd88 are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion. General eligibility requires that the user hold a single verified cd88 account, be aged 21 or above, and not be subject to any self-exclusion at the time of claiming. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by cd88 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount and must be completed within the validity window specified in the offer. Expiry of the validity window will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cd88 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and exploiting platform errors to gain unintended bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is identified, cd88 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

A wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the cd88 system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a connectivity issue, system error, or insufficient account balance at the time of placement are not valid. cd88 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6.2 Odds and Settlements

Odds displayed on the cd88 platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a wager has been confirmed, the odds are fixed at the accepted value. Settlements are processed in accordance with the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute regarding event outcomes, the decision of the governing body or official result provider is final.

6.3 Voided Bets

cd88 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the event was abandoned, postponed, or materially altered prior to completion; the result is subject to official investigation or disqualification; or there is clear evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns. Voided bets are returned to the user's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including, but not limited to, incorrect odds resulting from a data feed failure, a system glitch, or human input error — cd88 reserves the right to void or amend affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be reclaimed from the user's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Exploiting technical errors, display faults, or glitches in the platform's software for financial gain
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the cd88 platform
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or match outcomes, or engaging in chip-dumping in poker or table games
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with cd88 support
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their explicit authorisation
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your location or bypass platform restrictions
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cd88 staff or other users
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — commercial use or resale of platform services is prohibited

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cd88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or financial loss resulting from system downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures.

cd88's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits cd88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

The cd88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, cd88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operational jurisdiction of cd88. Any disputes not resolved through cd88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the resulting award shall be final and binding on both parties.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to arbitration as described above.
